The Senior Program

The Senior Groups are for the "old timers." Swimmers must be at least 13 years old!

These groups include many talented swimmers who want swimming to be part of their life; but, perhaps, not as large a part as the National Team requires

Others love swimming and love the competition, but have not as yet had the breakthrough which would make them national competitors.

The teen-age years are filled with opportunities and choices. The Senior groups help to make sure that swimming is not an "all or nothing" choice for the teen-age CSSC swimmer.

Coaches Dave and Chris, as well as Head Coach Michael, oversee the Senior Group.


 

Senior I

Six days per week

4:00pm to 7:15pm
Monday - Friday

8:30am - 11:45am Saturday

Ambitious high school and upper-middle school swimmers make up this group. The focus is on aerobic conditioning and stroke technique to develop sound swimming skills.

Goals are the Sectional Championships, the Junior olympics and the High School Championships

Senior II

Four days per week

5:00pm to 6:15pm
Monday - Thursday

Optional Strength Training 4:30pm - 5:00pm

This group is for young people who enjoy swimming, but do not necessarily wish to attend daily practice.

This group is ideal for high school swimmers who wish to get or stay in shape for their school teams as well as f
